Baltimore County, MD - Jan. 3, 2024  -The Baltimore County Council will hold two public hearings on the proposed Master Plan 2030. A copy of the proposed Master Plan is available here.

The first hearing will be held Tuesday, Jan. 9 at 6 p.m. immediately following the 4 p.m. work session in the County Council Hearing Chamber, second floor, 400 Washington Ave. (entrances on West Pennsylvania Avenue and West Chesapeake Avenue) in Towson.

The second hearing will be held Tuesday, Jan. 16 at 3 p.m. in the County Council Hearing Chamber, second floor, 400 Washington Ave. (entrances on West Pennsylvania Avenue and West Chesapeake Avenue) in Towson.

The hearings will be in person and will also be accessible virtually via Webex. For information on joining the sessions virtually, please click here. 

Speakers must register using the online speaker registration form here. The form will be available the day of the hearing and must be submitted between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
