The German President's spokesman announced Saturday that French President Emmanuel Macron asked to postpone his visit to Germany, following the riots in the country.

More than 875 people were arrested Friday night and Saturday morning across France in continued riots sparked by the fatal shooting of a teenaged boy by police.

Macron returned to France earlier than planned from a visit to Brussels and convened an emergency meeting of the government in the afternoon to discuss the response to the violent protest.

French MP Meyer Habib commented on the riots: "It looks like an intifada in the heart of France! 249 police officers injured! France is burning! Nothing, not even the dramatic death of a young man, justifies this chaos! In these lost territories of the republic, hatred of France, hatred of whites and hatred of Jews has grown for years without disruption."... Read More: Arutz-7
