Baltimore, MD - Nov. 6, 2025 - Dear Rebbeim, Faculty, and Staff,
We are pleased to share an important update regarding our Yeshiva’s Vaad HaChinuch.
We are privileged to welcome Rabbi Pinchas Gross, Rav of Kehilas Derech Chaim, as the newest member of our Vaad HaChinuch. Rabbi Gross is a respected talmid chacham, whose deep insight, warmth, and dedication to chinuch will be a tremendous asset to our Yeshiva. He is Rav to dozens of TA families, and his involvement will further strengthen the guidance and support that our administration receives in carrying out the sacred mission of TA.
At the same time, we take this opportunity to express our heartfelt hakaras hatov to Rabbi Beryl Weisbord, Mashgiach of Yeshivas Ner Yisrael, who has faithfully served on our Vaad HaChinuch for so many years. His wisdom, devotion, and commitment to the success and growth of TA have left an indelible mark on our Yeshiva. While he will now be stepping down from the Vaad, we remain deeply grateful for his ongoing friendship and connection to TA.
TA's Vaad HaChinuch is led by Rabbi Yaakov Hopfer and is comprised of Rabbi Dovid Rubin, Rabbi Yehonasan Aryeh Seidemann, Rabbi Zvi Teichman, and now Rabbi Pinchas Gross. This esteemed group continues to provide invaluable hadracha and guidance, ensuring that every aspect of our Yeshiva is guided by Daas Torah, thereby enhancing the chinuch of our talmidim.
We look forward to Rabbi Gross' input and involvement in our Yeshiva.
Sincerely,
Rabbi Yaacov Cohen
