The commissioner also informed those present that Officer Ken Dickstein, who has been working with our community for a number of years and who was scheduled to retire on March 1, 2016, is staying on as an extra officer dedicated to working in our neighborhoods.

The Commissioner was very receptive of our ideas and was excited to continue to partner with our community's safety organizations. The NWCP and Shomrim plan to continue to collaborate and work more closely together to help fight and prevent crime in northwest Baltimore.
