Atlanta's airport, the world's busiest, is insisting that Uber drivers get fingerprint-based background checks to pick up passengers, but the ride-sharing service is balking at the proposed rule.

Officials at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport this month said they were moving toward allowing Uber and other ride-sharing services — a reversal of its practice of banning such services from curbside pickup.

But The Atlanta Journal-Constitution (bit.ly/1Wvj1WN) reports that Uber immediately objected.

The San Francisco-based company said in a statement that it wouldn't be possible for Uber to operate at Atlanta's airport under the proposed rules.... Read More: ABC News
