Baltimore, MD - Aug. 15, 2025 - Two illegal aliens are facing charges after assaulting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers, and resisting arrest by Federal law enforcement.
Adolfo Nimrod Hernandez-Ramos, 42, a Honduran citizen and national, and Tony Marcos Ferreira-Dos Santos, 30, a Brazilian citizen and national, are charged with assaulting, resisting, opposing, impeding, and interfering with federal officers in separate incidents. Both men are unlawfully in the United States.
On June 6, ICE officers found that Hernandez-Ramos had entered the U.S. without inspection, in violation of federal law.
