Brooklyn, NY - Two Brooklyn men are under arrest for assault and a third suspect is being sought after an early morning beating that sent a 51 year old Jewish man to the hospital.

The incident took place in front of 1505 President Street in Crown Heights at 1 AM this morning.  Police said that the victim was knocked to the pavement and punched and kicked repeatedly by three attackers. 

Surveillance footage obtained by Crown Heights Shomrim captured the 24-second long beating and also showed the three suspects fleeing the scene.

The victim was transported to NYU Langone Hospital with cuts to his face and mouth.

Police later apprehended 18 year old Navar Walters of Crown Heights and 21 year old Teshon Bannister of East Flatbush, both of whom were charged with assault as a hate crime.  Police are still seeking a third suspect in regards to the incident.

Police could not confirm reports of a second incident taking place nearby at approximately the same time.
