Baltimore, MD - Oct. 26, 2018  - Tribeworks is the collaboration of 7 Jewish, non-profit business assistance organizations across the country, with the backing of national Jewish media, major institutional groups such as Orthodox Union, Agudath Israel of America, National Council of Young Israel, as well as Yeshiva University, to create a unified start up platform for Jewish entrepreneurs. 

Tribeworks partner organizations provide over 4,000 active businesses with everything from interest free loan funding of up to $50k, free office space in Manhattan and New Jersey, mentorship and guidance, access to venture and angel funding, relationships with retail buyers nationally and internationally, localized business education and ongoing business conferences.

On November 13th, all of the organizations will come together to provide a powerful, educational, interactive networking experience that has the potential to transform your business in just a single day.

The event will be divided into three parts. 

In the morning, after hearing a keynote address from Howard Jonas- CEO of IDT, attendees will get a chance to learn from powerful CEOs, business and media executives, venture capitalists, and Harvard, Colombia and YU professors.

Morning sessions include the fundamentals of funding and setting up your business for financial success, marketing basics, creating powerful brands, and business fundamentals that every founder needs to know.

At lunch, Noam Wasserman, former Harvard Entrepreneurship Professor and Director of the USC Founders Central Initiative will address the crowd on the topic of Entrepreneurial Lessons from Founders and Judaism.

In the early afternoon, the program will be tracked by panels that are specific to different types of businesses:

Products Entrepreneurs will have a chance to hear from, and interact with, buyers and high level sales reps from Target, Ross and VIP.com- the third largest retail website in China.

E-commerce entrepreneurs will hear from, and interact with, ex-Amazon managers and high level FBA sellers and Amazon marketing experts about how to navigate and grow your e-comm business in a hyper-competitive landscape.

Tech company founders will hear from, and interact with, CEO’s and tech executives about how they built and grew their businesses.

Service Business owners will get a chance to hear from, and interact with, other owners of successful service businesses  

The last third of the day will be comprised of dozens of round-tables with speakers including panelists from earlier in the day and many others that will be spending time one on one and with small groups, answering questions, reviewing products, and providing tailored advice for your business.

In addition, there will be a resource fair that includes the opportunity to meet companies and organizations that can dramatically increase your businesses’ bottom line. This includes a mentor matching service, organizations offering interest free loans of up to $50,000 and businesses with excellent service offerings tailored to start ups.
