Israel’s Health Ministry is preparing to revoke the mandatory mask wearing in public places, while opening the skies for tourists some time during April as well, broadcaster Channel 12 reported Sunday night.

In wake of the country’s plummeting coronavirus cases, the current plan is to open up the borders to nations that respect Israel’s green pass for those vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from the illness.

Those countries include Cyprus, Georgia and Greece, according to the report.
