Some 2.4 million Pfizer doses expected to land in Israel in next three days
Close to 500,000 Israeli citizens have been vaccinated for COVID-19 as 2.4 million more vaccine doses are expected to arrive in the country in the coming days, Health Minister Yuli Edelstein said on Monday.

As the Jewish state launched its immunization scheme last week, it ranked second in the world in terms of vaccination per capita, after Bahrain, according to the Our World in Data report from Oxford University.
On Sunday, a record 99,000 recipients were vaccinated in HMOs and hospitals across the state, as the demand for inoculation remains high.
Edelstein noted that the record was broken on Monday, with a little more than 100,000 vaccines given. Read more at i24
