Swastikas, anti-Semitic inscriptions found on the wall of ransacked restaurant, police investigating

The French authorities opened an investigation into an anti-Semitic attack on a kosher restaurant in Paris, Associated Press reported Saturday.

According to the report, Mac Queen hamburger restaurant on rue Manin, northeast Paris, was ransacked by vandals on Thursday night.

A number of anti-Semitic graffitis were found on the walls, including swastikas and various inscriptions insulting Jews, such as "Jews get out!" and "Dirty Jews," European Jewish Press reported.

On Friday, Paris prosecutor's office opened a probe into the instance of “racist degradations,” with no arrests made yet. Read more at i24
