Evangelical Christians fund a third of people moving to Israel, AP reported. This was based on numbers provided by the Fellowship and Jerusalem’s International Christian Embassy, a prominent group that raises money from evangelicals.

Of more than 28,000 Jews who immigrated to Israel in 2017, at least 8,500 arrived thanks to Christian donations, the Embassy claims. The Jewish Agency receives additional undisclosed funds from other Christian donors, meaning that the share could be even higher.
