The state is seeing a slight uptick in COVID-19 cases as the delta variant surges worldwide. 

Maryland reported 306 new cases of coronavirus on Sunday, down from 317 on Saturday. It's the third day in a row of daily cases over 300.

The 7-day average positivity rate rose to 2.05%, the first time the state has been over 2% since May 23.

To date, 7,119,644 vaccines have been administered in Maryland; 3,585,567 people have received the first dose; 3,263,934 people received the second dose and 270,143 people received the one-dose vaccine.... Read More: WBAL
