About the Position

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in education or Limudei Kodesh
-Experience in elementary teaching
-Passionate about inspiring young children to love Torah and take pride in their learning
-Strong classroom management skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Creative, caring, flexible, student-centered
-Knowledge of Responsive Classroom, Kriyability, Ani Tefilla, differentiated instruction helpful

Responsibilities:
-Full-time teacher of Limudei Kodesh – Tefilla, Chumash, Parsha, kriyah, Ivrit (preferred)
-Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of a range of learners
-Design interactive learning experiences for individual students, small groups, and the class, as a whole
-Collaborate with colleagues within and across subject areas, and all aspects of school life
-Actively communicate with parents and student support team
-Engage in ongoing professional development
