Baltimore, MD - Mar. 1, 2022  - On Monday we reported about the Baltimore Chesed League kickoff.

Many readers wanted to know what some of the chesed projects entailed.

Below is a representation of 6 of the 20 teams in action, performing their Week 1 Chesed Activities.

Team King David had the tremendous zchus to help make boxes and food packages for a local chesed organization.

Team Pikesville Remodeling had a blast helping the CJE library put their books back in order. The boys were surprised to discover how satisfying and fun a library can be!

Team CBT Baltimore counted out more than $10,000 of Agudah Charity Scrip, then helped sort it by dollar amount and organization, assisting Mr. Jonah Ottensosser in his important community work.

Team Keren Reva Costume Gemach partnered with CHAI and did an amazing job cleaning the school grounds around Fallstaff Elementary. When they were all done, the team had filled 6 garbage bags!

Team Union Bridge Family Dentistry did a tremendous job helping to spread mulch in the Ohr Chadash Academy playground. The boys put in some hard work and muscle to help beautify the school campus!


Team Naomi Center had a great time entertaining the residents of Aventura at the Heights. They sang songs, told jokes, played games and brought a smile to the faces of all of the residents.
