The Baltimore Police Department is investigating multiple shootings over the weekend, four of which were fatal. 

Starting at 12:50 a.m. Saturday police responded to a local area hospital for reports of a walk-in shooting victim. The victim is described as an adult man suffering from gunshot wounds to both legs. 

At 1:15 a.m., police were called to the 800 block of Port Street after an unidentified man approached a crowd and began shooting. 

Once on the scene, police located a 19-year-old man and 20-year-old man both suffering from gunshot wounds to the stomach. Both men were transported to area hospitals where the 19-year-old later died.

While still on the scene, police were informed of three additional walk-in shooting victims at an area hospital. 

The three victims included a 20-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the shoulder, a 19-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the chin and a 20-year-old man with gunshot wounds to the arm and the leg.

Just before 2 a.m., police responded to the 800 block of West Lombard Street for reports of a shooting. 

At the scene, police found an adult man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to a local hospital where he later died.

Around 2:30 a.m. a police officer was patrolling Pennsylvania Avenue at West North Avenue when he was approached by an adult man suffering from a gunshot wound to the thigh.

Medics were called to the scene and transported the victim to the hospital. 

Preliminary reports show that the man was shot while on the 1100 block of West North Avenue, by an unidentified person. The victim ran from the scene before approaching the officer. 

Shortly after 11:20 a.m. police responded to the 800 block of Bradford Avenue for multiple Shot Spotter alerts. 

Once on the scene, police located a 33-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Medics responded to the scene and pronounced the man deceased. 

At 7:30 p.m. police were called to an area hospital for reports of a walk-in shooting victim. Once at the hospital, police found an adult man suffering from a gunshot wound to the body. The victim is described as being in stable condition.

Around 8:20 p.m., a second walk-in shooting victim was reported at an area hospital. At the hospital, police located a 27-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the wrist. 

A preliminary investigation shows that both walk-in victims were in the 5600 block of The Alameda when they were shot.

Around 12 a.m., Sunday, police received reports of a walk-in shooting victim at an area hospital. Upon police arrival, they located a 23-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg. The man is listed in stable condition.

At 5:30 p.m., police were called to an area hospital for a report of a walk-in shooting victim. At the hospital, police found a 28-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the ear.

A total of 12 people were shot and four people killed over the weekend in Baltimore.
