Real Estate Office Manager

Chesapeake Investment Group is looking for an experienced Real Estate Office Manager to join our team in Pikesville, MD. This position will be performing a wide range of property and tenant management tasks from administrative to strategic. Chesapeake Investment Group is a leading real estate investment firm based in Baltimore, MD. We currently provide a number of different services, such as management services to properties including standard servicing of inquiries, collection of all fees and rents and investor reporting/record retention, along with professional facility maintenance, repairs and improvements, for improved cycle times.

About the Position

Manage all tenant information
Inputing information into our CRM, monthly tenant statements, move-ins and when tenants are moving out, leases and evictions
Paying all property expenses
Property taxes, water bills, BGE bills, ground rent
Maintain and manage all needs for current properties
Property registrations, inspections, rent increases and insurance claims
Handle all tasks when new property is acquired,
Ensure the property is insured and turning on utilities
Answer phone calls from current and potential clients
Handle incoming mail
General administrative duties
Other tasks as they arise

Skills/Requirements:
Computer savvy
Good verbal and written communication
Attention to detail is a must
Organization and the ability to multitask efficiently
Problem-solving to find effective solutions for a variety of potential issues
Dependable and motivated
Team player
Previous office and/or real estate experience a plus, but not necessary

We are proud that we have maintained a small family-feel culture as our business has grown and continues to. This position will be mainly in our office in Pikesville with some ability to work remotely.

Location: Pikesville, MD
Salary: 45,000-55,000 (depending on experience)
