About the Position

We are looking to hire a customer service/ reservations agent to answer calls and emails and help families and customers find appropriate apartments for their trips to Israel.

No prior work experience is needed. We are willing to train and our process and website is very easy to learn and follow

This is not a work from home position, this work will be in our Baltimore office on the corner of Old Court and Reisterstown Rd

Daily Tasks include

- Answering Phones and having conversations with renters
- Sending apartment options via email and what's app
- Inputting information into the computer and back end system
- Creating and following excel sheets
- Follow ups with clients and managers on the ground in Israel

Personality Traits

- Must be able to work in a busy upbeat office environment
- Good team player
- Pleasant phone skills
- Problem Solver and Creative thinker a plus

Hours:

5/6 hours per day Monday- Thursday
9:30- 5:00 ( can be flexible to work within these hours )
Friday - between 9:30- 2:00

Location: Baltimore, MD
Salary: $18 per hour
