About the Position

Graber & Associates, an award winning CPA firm in Baltimore is looking for a permanent full time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper.

The Office Assistant/Bookkeeper will

Be mature
Be extremely organized and detail oriented
Be able to work independently
Be able to work with many tasks simultaneously
Be able to complete task and projects timely
Have Proficient knowledge in MS Office
Have Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online
Key Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for basic client bookkeeping.
Assist the Office Administrator and Professional Staff with various recurring projects.
Provide and ensure efficient, accurate, quality service to internal and external contacts.
Position Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

Exceptional organizational and analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively and professionally with staff and management
Prior CPA firm experience a plus.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
