About the Position

Ohr Chadash Academy is seeking an experienced, engaging, creative, and organized full-time Director of Admissions and Marketing to recruit and guide prospective families through the process of admissions from outreach and initial contact through acceptance and enrollment.
This position involves overseeing the school's marketing efforts, including website, print, and social media communications, to increase visibility in the community and communicate the school's unique mission and educational philosophy to potential families and donors.

Works actively with the Head of School, Director of Institutional Advancement, Board of Directors Marketing Chair, and members of the Admission and Financial Aid Committees.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in school admissions and/or marketing preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Skilled in website design, content management, ad design
• Adept at the strategic use of social media to enhance school's online presence
• Detail-oriented, excellent follow-through
• Independent, takes initiative
• Personable, enthusiastic, welcoming, works well as part of a team

Salary: Based upon Experience
