About the Position

Customer Relationship Rep:

Seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time customer relationship role as a School Liaison. The “school liaison” acts as a middleman between schools we contract with and the pool of therapists we have available to service them. The position involves close support, coordination, and communication via email, phone, and occasional video conference interactions with both the school point of contact as well as the therapists you have assigned. Organization, customer relationship management, and problem-solving are all key aspects of this job.

To be a successful School Liaison, you will need to meet the below requirements and possess the following skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proven track record of taking a proactive approach with clients and internal team members

Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Committed to growing programs and providing excellent client service to deliver high levels of client satisfaction to ensure retention

Quick learner and patient

Excellent problem-solver

Proficiency with MS Office suite, MS Excel and willingness to learn new technology systems

Minimum 2+ years of professional work experience

Ability to work 35 hours per week in Pikesville office
