About the Position

Shul Administrator: P/T (On site/Remote Mix)

Ohel Moshe (R Teichman’s Shul) is looking for a part time Shul Administrator to take proactive and innovative ownership of a variety of back office tasks such as data entry, tracking finances, communications, bulletins, , posters, events, and errands. All work is administrative in nature but diverse in its range of responsibilities and skills, therefore, a strong sense of confidence, and the ability to stay organized, solve problems, and achieve objectives and goals is critical.

Position requires experience using standard Microsoft Office programs (Advanced use of Publisher), comfort with online/web-based email or other tools like google docs/dropbox (ShulCloud experience a plus), excellent verbal and written communications skills, and availability to complete Shabbos and holiday related tasks as they approach (Thursday/Friday AM/Erev Yom Tov).

P/T (15-20 hours a week) - Hourly pay based on experience. Hours are flexible as long as goals and deadlines are achieved, additional hours during holidays or major annual events are possible.
