About the Position

Ahavas Yisrael Charity Fund is looking to hire a full-time administrative assistant.
Job responsibilities include: donation processing, bank reconciliation, updating and
maintaining client databases, conducting client intakes, scheduling, fundraising
coordination/billing and other administrative duties as needed.
Administrative and Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. 

The right candidate will exude a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go
the extra mile. He or she will have the ability to engage clients with empathy and
compassion and to handle client information with discretion and sensitivity.
