Responsible, mature, frum male seeking basement apartment or something similar. Cheswolde/Greenspring/Indian Village would be ideal, but anything within the eruv would be considered.

I am a friendly person but a generally quiet and simple tenant. I work from home regularly so Internet must be accessible.

I would consider sharing an apartment with a roommate as well.
