Executive Assistant

Local Baltimore orthodox organization is looking to hire an executive assistant to work with our Executive Director. Approximately 20 hours a week, with flexible working hours.

Applicants should have strong organizational skills, be self-motivated, possess familiarity with MS Word and Excel, and have an overall comfort with learning to use varied computer software programs.

Primary tasks would include the following.
o Managing thank you letters, donation receipts, and pledge letters, along with other clerical and secretarial duties
o Communication with vendors and advertisers in preparation for events
o On-site assistance with event preparation
o Answering the organization's phone and returning voicemails
o Managing communication and scheduling for our Executive Director
