Baltimore, MD - Mar. 16, 2026 - Rabbi Aryeh Sternman’s 6th Grade class at Toras Simcha held a siyum today on Perek HaKones in Mesechta Bava Kamma. During the siyum, Rabbi Chaim Schwartz gave a Dvar Torah and spoke about the importance of chesed and highlighted the work of the Jewish Caring Network (JCN) in the context of tzedakah and mishpat. Rabbi Schwartz, was recently appointed as the Executive Director of Baltimore’s Jewish Caring Network and Tikva House.
