Baltimore, MD – Sept. 12, 2025 – Drivers should plan ahead this weekend as the Maryland Department of Transportation announced lane closures along Northbound I-795 to allow for concrete pavement repairs.
Beginning at 9 p.m. Friday, September 12, and continuing through 5 a.m. Monday, September 15, the two left lanes of Northbound I-795 will be closed between I-695 (the Baltimore Beltway) and Owings Mills Boulevard. The closures are necessary to allow newly laid concrete to properly set and cure.
Officials urge motorists to expect delays, use caution in the work zone, and consider alternate routes during the closure period.
