Baltimore, MD - April 29, 2025 - The Baltimore Police Department – Northwest District is sponsoring a steering wheel-lock (anti-theft device) giveaway for Kia and Hyundai owners. You must live or work in the Northwest District. On Tuesday, April 29th from 7 PM until 9 PM, members of the Northwest District will be on the lot of the JCC – 5700 Park Heights Avenue for the giveaway. See the flyer below for full details.
