Baltimore, MD - Jan. 8, 2024 - Detectives from the Pikesville Precinct are attempting to identify the suspect in the video below in reference to Destruction of Property (Biased Incident) at Baltimore Hebrew Congregation located at 7401 Park Heights Ave that occurred on 12/29/23 at approximately 0350 hours.
