Baltimore, MD – Dec. 2, 2023 - A 31-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot multiple times while sitting in a vehicle in Northwest Baltimore, according to WJZ. The incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. in the 3400 block of Parkington Avenue. The victim was transported to a local hospital and is in critical but stable condition.
