Baltimore, MD - Oct. 4, 2023  - (WMAR2News)  On Friday, Baltimore will host an Orioles Postseason Rally from noon to 3 p.m. at Pratt and Light Street. Heavy traffic and parking restrictions are anticipated from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Lexington, Gay, and Fayette Streets. Road closures and temporary traffic stops are also expected.
