Rudy Giuliani and other Trump co-defendants in the 2020 Georgia election subversion case are expected to surrender at the Fulton County jail Wednesday.

Six of the former president's 18 co-defendants have been booked.

Scott Hall, a Georgia bail bondsman and John Eastman, a conservative attorney were booked on Tuesday while former Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer, alleged fake elector Cathy Latham and attorneys Ray Smith and Kenneth Chesebro were booked Wednesday.

Giuliani spoke to reporters before heading to Georgia to be arrested.

"You find a prosecutor who has a better record than the last 100 years that you know, or a man and they're going to they're going to they're going to degrade themselves," he said. "By doing a mugshot of me, like people will recognize me. And now, of course, they can fingerprint me but I've been fingerprinted 150 times. So this will turn out exactly like the FBI search turned out. They are lying I'm telling the truth."

Trump has agreed to a $200,000 bond on Monday and plans to turn himself in on Thursday.

On August 14, Trump and 18 defendants were indicted by a grand jury in Georgia over their alleged attempts to overturn the results of the election.

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis gave Trump and co-defendants until August 25 at noon to voluntarily surrender.

Trump was charged with 13 counts including violations of the Georgia racketeering (RICO) statutes, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, conspiracy to commit false statements and writings, and two separate counts of solicitation of violation of oath by public officer.
