Baltimore, MD – Aug, 11, 2023 - It is with deep regret that Baltimore Jewish Life (BJL) informs the community of the petira of R' Daniel Balsam, z'l, husband of Mrs. Michal Balsam, son of Joel & Dvorah Balsam, father of Miriam (Dovid) Mandel, Eliyahu (Shira) Balsam, Pinchas Balsam, Uri Balsam, Ephraim Balsam, and Zachariah Balsam and brother of Yacov (Tali) Balsam, Haddash (Eli) Post, Tamar (Avi) Retter, Raphael (Leah) Balsam, and Binyamin (Nava) Balsam
