Baltimore, MD – Feb. 16, 2023 - It is with regret that Baltimore Jewish Life (BJL) informs the community of the petira of HaRav Mordechai Lurie, z’l, husband of Mrs. Leah Lurie, and father of: Shmuel Lurie, Avrohom Lurie, Dovid Lurie, Reuven Lurie, Sori Bloch, Yocheved Jacob, Gigi Brandt, and Devorah Halpert.
The levayah will take place today, Thursday, Feb. 16, at 1:00PM at Levinson’s.
Kevurah will be in Eretz Yisrael
Shuiva is being observed through Sunday morning, Feb. 26, at 3505 Seven Mile Lane (corner of Wallis), Baltimore, MD, 21215.
