Baltimore, MD – Rosh Chodesh Elul 5781 - Aug. 9, 2021 – The Baltimore County Fire Inspector and Building Inspector have signed off on the reopening of the Pikesville Plaza Building, also known as the Dougie’s Building, after being closed for a month.

Building management informed BJL that the garage shoring is approved, and parking everywhere is allowed except for large trucks which will not be allowed on the property.

The HVAC contractor will complete the installation of the new system within 2 weeks at which point tenants will have to wear sweaters due to the strong HVAC system!

Dougie’s should be open for dinner tonight, if not a late lunch today.

All tenants are allowed in the building at this time.

We will be posting updates on the new plans for the garage and façade shortly.
