Baltimore, MD - Aug. 3, 2021 - 10:46 AM - The following update was just sent to the tenants of Pikesville Plaza:

UPDATE

Please be advised that ownership has been informed that the elevator shaft repair portion of the project is likely to be done in 1-2 days.

As a result of issues with delivery of the equipment being installed relating to the shoring work the initial estimation of completion in 3-5 business days has been extended. The work commenced on Tuesday, July 27th and with the delays it is more likely to completed mid to end of this week.

Moreover, the team was notified by Baltimore County that once the shoring in the garage is complete, tenants will be able to reenter the building and park their cars in the parking lot. However, they do not want any large vehicles parked on the lot.

There has already been serious progress made on this project and we expect to see even more in the coming days.

Please note that ownership and the team involved in implementing this scope of work is collaborating around the clock to ensure the building is safe. We feel confident that reentering the property on a permanent basis is imminent.
