Jerusalem, Israel - May 21, 2021 - Friday afternoon May 21, 2021, י '' אייר hours after the declared ceasefire from Operation Guardian of the Walls, the Old City in Yerushalayim was quiet. 

Security was visible in greater numbers than usual. Reports were of riots on Har HaBayis.

However, at Jaffa Gate, in the Jewish Quarter, the Rova, and Plaza area, only a few people and yeshiva students were to be found. At Zion and Dung Gates and thru the Armenian Quarter, taxis and buses were on the nearly empty narrow stone roads.

A slight cool breeze and sunny sky made for a pleasant afternoon, but reports of violence kept the usual crowds away from the Old City.
