Starting February 21, only those fully vaccinated or Covid-19 recovered will be permitted entry into stores

Israel’s economy is set to reopen in large parts on February 21 under new regulations of the so-called “purple badge” and for people possessing a green passport -- those who are fully vaccinated or Covid-19 recovered -- due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Any person who was vaccinated in two doses will be permitted to enter gyms, sports events, houses of worship, hotels, swimming pools and cultural events, outlet N12 reported.

These venues will be closed for everyone else.

The green passport will be available on a government-developed app, where the user will fill out his personal details and will subsequently receive a “pass” authorization. Read more at i24
