Israeli Ambassador to the UN denounces int'l body ruling as 'stained with anti-Semitism'

The United States announced Friday night that it objects to the International Criminal Court’s (ICC) decision to probe into alleged war crimes perpetrated by Israel and Hamas on Palestinian territories.

State Department spokesman Ned Price tweeted that “Israel is not a State Party to the Rome Statute. We will continue to uphold [US] President [Joe] Biden’s strong commitment to Israel and its security, including opposing actions that seek to target Israel unfairly.”

The United States objects to today’s @IntlCrimCourt decision regarding the Palestinian situation. Israel is not a State Party to the Rome Statute.
