Nasal testing kits by Lucira Health, available only on prescription, to feature price tag below $50
The US Food and Drug Administration issued Tuesday an emergency use authorization for a self-administered COVID-19 coronavirus testing kit that delivers the outcome in just half an hour.

The nasal testing kit was developed by the Lucira Health company and had been approved for use for those aged 14 and older.
Available only on prescription, it would require the user to collect a sample with a nasal swab that is then put into a testing device in a vial.
