Palestinians said dismayed by lack of explicit condemnations of normalization from Arab states

Addressing its video-summit, al-Maliki demanded that the deal be rejected, saying Ramallah will see anything short of that as a tacit blessing for the agreement to go ahead -- an outcome Palestinians "will not accept."
While in the wake of the deal's announcement the Palestinians sought an emergency Arab League summit, al-Maliki said, their plea was rejected, with the discussions instead taking place at a regularly-scheduled summit. Read more at i24
