Bnei Braq, Israel -- Mar. 29, 2020 - Minutes ago, Rav Chaim Kanievsky paskened that people in Bnei Brak should not daven with a Minyan. In his psak, he stated that everyone should daven by themselves, as the situation is Pikuach Nefesh. He also stated that one has permission to report others who go against the health ministry’s guidelines.
