Italy plans to close all non-essential business activities in an effort to combat the spread of the coronavirus in the country, Bloomberg reports.
The move is also an effort to re-start the economy as soon as possible, according to the news outlet.
Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte reportedly said in a news conference Saturday that grocery stores and pharmacies would remain open as well as banks and post offices.
