Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. TEVA, +4.47% said Tuesday its FDA-approved generic version of the EpiPen is available in the U.S. at most retail pharmacies at a wholesale cost of $300 for a 2-pack. The news comes after a period of shortages for the EpiPen, a life-saving allergy treatment that is made by Mylan N.V. MYL, -0.52%
