State leaders in Maryland are concerned about vaccine distribution. The state's vaccine oversight committee met again Monday night to talk about the trouble with the distribution process.

It was the vaccine oversight workgroup's fourth weekly hearing with the acting health secretary. The goal was tracking vaccine distribution throughout the state.

Senator Bill Ferguson started off by highlighting some positive news, stating a 61% decline in new coronavirus cases since a vaccine was first made available in the state in mid-December.

"So now the light is at the end of the tunnel and it's getting these vaccines that still remain are the top priority to get through this crisis,” Ferguson said. Read more at WBAL
