At least half of coronavirus patients continue to suffer from general weakness and breathing difficulties at least weeks and possibly months after recovery, preliminary results of an Israeli research show.

The Pulmonary Institute at Shaare Zedek Medical Center in Jerusalem released its findings to media Sunday, which pertain to dozens of COVID-19 patients from mild to moderate and serious conditions.

Around 50 percent suffer from symptoms after recovering, with no relation to the severity of the disease.
