Manhattan D.A. can enforce a subpoena seeking years of financial documents, a decision the president is expected to appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court

A federal appeals court dealt a blow to President Trump Wednesday, ruling that New York prosecutors could enforce a subpoena seeking years of financial documents, including his tax returns.

The three-judge panel, in a unanimous decision, rejected Mr. Trump’s arguments that the grand jury subpoena issued by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr. was overbroad and issued in bad faith.

The president is expected to appeal the ruling to the U.S. Supreme Court. Read more at WSJ
