Meretz leader says agreement includes settlements freeze, PMO's office dismisses claim

Lawyer Gilad Barnea had sent on Saturday a letter to government officials, stipulating that the Israel-UAE deal was approved by the government or the Cabinet, and was not presented to the Knesset (Israel Parliament) as required by law.

Legal advisor of the Prime Minister’s Office Shlomit Barnea-Pargo responded by saying that the historic agreement will come into effect after being ratified by both the government and Knesset, Walla News reported. Read more at i24
