Yesterday, Chaim V’Chessed reported the new arrangement allowing student visa holders to enter Israel freely, when travelling from the United States.

Chaim V’Chessed can now share that a similar arrangement is now being established to benefit travelers from the United Kingdom. Student visa holders flying from London only on direct flights to Tel Aviv will not need to present entry permits to enter Israel. Travelers departing other British airports will still need entry permits.

Not all airlines flying out of London have been updated with this information. We have confirmed that El Al is already familiar with the new directive.
