Three Syrian servicemen, seven pro-Iran fighters said killed in strikes attributed to Israel

At least 11 people were killed in alleged Israeli overnight strikes in the Damascus area in Syria, the Syrian Human Rights Observatory said Tuesday, updating its death toll.

According to the latest figures published by the watchdog, three Syrian regime servicemen, including an air defense officer, and 7 non-Syrian pro-Iran fighters were killed in the attack.

The NGO adds that a woman was killed in a village to the south of the Syrian capital as debris from the missiles and interceptors pummeled the house she lived in.

Earlier, "very reliable sources" told the Observatory that Iranian-backed militiamen were killed and more than 10 were wounded in the airstrikes, which caused significant structural damage.
